Expectations of staff and volunteers:

• Follow the guidelines as outlined in the WFDF Event Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver and in the WFDF Rules and Policies.

• Be vigilant for any concerns or issues relating to any participant

• Report any concerns

A safe environment for staff and volunteers:

• Know who to talk to if you have an issue (Rob or another member LOC staff)

• Limit solo work

• Breaks, food, drink and appropriate self care (wear sun cream and a hat OR a waterproof and a jumper!) 

• U18s are the responsibility of a dedicated adult

Reporting:

• If there is a situation where someone is in immediate danger - call 999

• Raise any concerns to Rob or other staff member, or use this link to report a concern.
